Ask any of our local REALTORS® and the answer is the same….it’s a great time to buy a home in Santa Cruz Valley!
Now is the time to buy with historically low interest rates in over fifty years, amazingly affordable home prices and a wide variety of inventory.
Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® has joined forces with the Green Valley/Sahuarita Association of REALTORS® to hold a Homeownership Fair on Saturday, May 12, 2012 throughout Santa Cruz Valley. Our REALTOR® members, Affiliates and others will be setting up tents in Nogales, Rio Rico, Tubac and Sahuarita. We envision a one stop place for buyers and sellers to talk to Realtors®, lenders, title companies, home inspectors, government entities, and non-profits. Presentations will be provided throughout the day to inform the community of the home buying and selling process.
